Electric is a versital guitar because there are efffects pedals that can make it sound like an acoustic via acoustic simulator, it can also have many other sounds. But acoustic can play on the spot no amp or pedals. they serve each need.

an electric acustic can be playe with or wihout an amp. electrics must be pluged into an amp

if u have a electric Acutstic then it is the only difference is an Acustic is wooden and A regular elertic gutair is lyk alomst metal
