Solution: If you become a new member, you lose all the photos, blogs & comments. If you re-set your profile, you save at least those!
1) On your Profile, click 'Edit Profile.' Since you probably can't, type or paste this into the address bar to get to the same place: http://zoecity.com/users/edit_profile
2) Click "Customize Appearance" on the upper right. This is where you originally customized the layout.
3) Click "revert to default CSS"
4) Then click layout. It may tell you that CSS was changed & you have to click again.
5) Click "revert to default layout"
6) Click "save changes"
Taa Daah! A brand new you! - Oh, and if you already created a second one, decide which one to keep and delete the old one. The "deactivate account" button is on the bottom of the 'Edit Profile' page.
