Concerts I've been to...
tobyMac with BarlowGirl and Thousand Foot Krutch, MercyMe with Aaron Shust and Audio Adrenaline, Mark Schultz with Big Daddy Weave, the 2007 and 2008 Higher Ground Music Festivals, the Boomin' Beyond Measure tour, and Aaron Shust's first headlining concert. It was in St. Paul, Minnesota with Brandon Heath and Meredith Andrews. I also went to the Newsboys concert with Rush of Fools, New World Son, and Article 1. For my birthday, I thought I was going to a movie, but it turns out that my family was taking me to
Superchic[k]'s Rock What You Got tour with Stellar Kart, Article 1, and Starlit Platoon. We went to the same concert at Club 3 Degrees the next month!
The Rebelution conference in Minneapolis was awesome!
The 2008 Sonshine Festival was SO much fun!! I went crowd-surfing for the first time which was cool, and I saw a TON of my favorite bands and a lot of new ones, too. It was an altogether GREAT experience (except when it rained!). I can't wait for next year's!

I love to read. I like the Chronicles of Narnia, the teen Left Behind series, and the Bible. I have read Under God and Living Under God by tobyMac and Michael Tait. They were really good!! I have read all the Redemption and Firstborn books by Karen Kingsbury. They were SO good!! She's a great author, one of my fave!! I have also read Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris. They both are doing a great thing for our generation and the generations to come. |
